THE LEGEND AKHTAR SHAIKH
Akhtar Sir represented Nashik District Cricket Team in the 1958. Since Sir was a regular player of the Nashik team upto 1975. Akhtar Sir captained NDCA for 14 years. In 1975 sir started working as a cricket coach till 2005. Sir represented Pune University in 1965 and 1966 in Ahmedabad and Baroda. Akhtar sir is 78 years now. Now after seeing working policy of NSFA sir joined NSFA to share their experience with young students of Nashik.

Cricket star Akhtar Sir was a all rounder but not only in cricket sir represented Pune university in 1965 and 1966 in Badminton, Tennis. Akhtar sir was not only active on ground this legend was a amazing chess player. Sir was leading in Nashiik for 15 years.
Akhtar Sir is a one of the greatest Snooker and Billiards player of Maharashtra. Sir was complimented by World Billiards Champion Geet Sethi. Akhtar Sir was dominating Nashik from 1970 to 2000. There was a time when sir won all gold in Nashik Gymkhana yearly tournament.
